Founded in April of 2019, Organizing for Grady County Inc., is a non-profit corporation, organized and operated exclusively for voter registration and education in accordance with section 501 C(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.  More specifically, Organizing for Grady County Inc. shall be dedicated to political responsibility through informed and active participation in government issues.  Projects shall be created to increase voter participation in all areas of the county, particularly underserved populations.  It shall provide voter education by hosting forums, lectures and setting up booths at various venues in the community as well as utilizing social media and the corporation’s website to provide facts, statistics and other voting materials to promote voter interest and inspire higher election turnout.  Activities raise social consciousness and promote civic involvement among their members and peers and to provide events and mechanisms for voter registration and participation to occur.

To maximize our impact on current efforts, we may seek to collaborate with other non-profit organizations that fall under the 501-C(3) section of the internal revenue code.

Political Policy:  Organizing for Grady County, Inc. shall not support or oppose any political party or any candidate.
